Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to that usage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, templates, branding, and platform features are the exclusive intellectual property of HireQ.ai or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

• We may add, change, or remove features anytime
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Temporary access limitations may occur due to maintenance or upgrades
• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

8. Subscription and Billing

• Fees are defined in your agreement or invoice
• Payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• No refunds unless explicitly agreed in writing

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations or unethical practices
• Upon termination, access is revoked and data may be deleted per policy

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights, uninterrupted service, or suitability for your specific business needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including data loss, business disruption, or hiring decisions. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 6 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Jersey law. Disputes will be resolved in New Jersey courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
